REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: November 1, 2026

  1. About this policy
This policy covers subscriptions to the SanaSonic App, including SonicWellness, supplied by ScreenDesign B.V. Purchases are made through Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles subscription billing and payment-related refund requests.
  2. Your 7-day free trial
The Starter subscription includes a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required, but no subscription fee is charged during the trial. Check your Paddle confirmation for the trial end date and first payment details.
To avoid the first subscription charge, complete cancellation before the trial ends. Otherwise, your trial automatically becomes a paid subscription for the monthly or annual plan you selected.
  3. Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. Paddle charges your payment method for each new billing period. The amount, currency, applicable taxes and billing interval are shown at checkout and in your billing information. To prevent the next renewal charge, complete cancellation before the next billing date. Allow enough time to receive confirmation. Closing your account or simply stopping use of the App does not by itself cancel your Paddle subscription.
  4. How to cancel
Sign in to your SanaSonic account and choose Manage subscription to open the Paddle customer portal. Alternatively, use the management link in your Paddle subscription email or visit Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of your current subscription period. Check the confirmation for your access end date. Cancelling future payments is separate from requesting a refund.
  5. Refund requests
For a refund, contact Paddle buyer support promptly. Provide your purchase email, order reference, charge date and reason. Never send a password or full payment-card details.Eligibility follows Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law. This includes statutory withdrawal rights where available and remedies for faulty or misdescribed products. For eligible consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and UK, Paddle describes a 14-day withdrawal period after a free trial ends, subject to the conditions and exceptions in that policy.Outside applicable rights, refunds are discretionary. Cancellation, non-use or an accidental renewal does not automatically guarantee a refund or a proportional refund for unused time. If a refund is approved, access to the refunded subscription ends. Paddle provides the payment and processing details.
  6. Your rights and related terms
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or any additional rights expressly promised to you. Read it alongside our Terms and Conditions, the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy. For payment-related questions, use Paddle buyer support.
