TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using this software application  ("SanaSonic App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ScreenDesign B.V., the software developer of the SanaSonic App.
2. License Grant
   ScreenDesign B.V. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SanaSonic App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
   The SanaSonic App, including its design, features, logos, trademarks, and content, are the intellectual property of ScreenDesign B.V. and its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the SanaSonic App or any part of it without prior written consent from ScreenDesign bv.
4. User Conduct
   You agree to use the SanaSonic App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
   a. Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights;
   b. Interfering with the SanaSonic's functionality or compromising its security;
   c. Engaging in any unauthorized access to the SanaSonic App or its related systems;
   d. Engaging in any form of data scraping, mining, or harvesting;
   e. Violating the privacy or rights of other users or individuals.
5. Privacy Policy
   Your use of the SanaSonic App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the SanaSonic  App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy of ScreenDesign B.V..
6. Disclaimers
   a. The SanaSonic App is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. ScreenDesign B.V. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
   b. ScreenDesign B.V. does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the SanaSonic  App's content or any information provided through the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenDesign B.V. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of the SanaSonic App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScreenDesign B.V. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising from your use of the SanaSonic App or any violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications
   ScreenDesign B.V. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the SanaSonic App after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
